Eyeone is founded and led by Fatemeh Ghaderinezhad, a Strategic AI and Data Transformation Leader with a PhD in Statistics and over a decade of experience translating analytics, machine learning, AI, and human insight into real business impact.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and learning; where organisations build the capabilities that truly transform how they operate. Across her career, she has guided executives, empowered teams, and supported organisations in building data-driven cultures that enable not only AI adoption, but responsible and sustainable use of AI.

Fatemeh is known for her ability to bridge technical complexity and human understanding. She acts as a trusted translator between data science teams, regulators, executive leadership, and the people who must engage with AI in their daily work.
